Lisa King is a pharmacist of nearly 4 decades. She is a life coach and Amazon Best Selling Author of the book she coauthored with her sister,
Tiny Life Changes.
She is passionate about health and well-being and was recently named
Singlecare’s Most Influential Pharmacist of 2020.
She also has a passion for empowering women to gain freedom from bladder issues and shares to thefulfilledpharmacist.com. She truly believes you can achieve your goals and dreams one step and one day at a time.
When she is not encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle, she loves spending time with her family!
Tiny Life Changes ( TLC) is a guide to achieving your goals one step and one day at a time. Lisa and her sister coauthored the book; they knew change was daunting. They created an interactive book filled with simple reminders to keep moving forward towards your goals.

Lisa is a strong advocate of bringing awareness to bladder issues and guest blogs on many platforms and
interviewed on this subject including most recently an interview in Oprah.com, and is also a strong advocate of bringing awareness to menopausal issues as seen on Prevention.com.
When Lisa is not working, she loves walking and hiking through AZ.
Lisa and her husband bought a second home in Payson and loves spending time with my family and grandchildren!
Her goals are to continue to add another layer into her healthy living journey through mediation.
She also want to shine a light on bladder issues. It’s a topic that is often not discussed and Lisa wants women to know they are not alone and there is hope!
